What should I prepare for the first pickup?
You should prepare the clothes you want to have taken care of for pickup, as indicated in the order you confirmed in your cart. Make sure everything is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
Don’t forget to clearly specify the pickup location when placing your order. Normally, you will be provided with a PicknPress bag, which is designed for storing your clothes and makes them easy to identify for collection.
Once your clothes are placed in the bag, simply leave it at your hotel reception so it can be handed over for pickup.
Can I add extra items to my order when you collect…
Yes, you can add extra items at the time of collection.
After each pickup, you will receive an email detailing the contents of your bag. If any additional items were included that were not part of your original order, the corresponding service price will also be specified in that email.
The total cost will be updated accordingly, and you will receive a payment link to cover any additional charges.
Can I order by phone or email?
Yes, it is also possible to place an order by phone or email.
In both cases, a payment link will be sent to you by email. The pickup can only be scheduled once the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

What temperature do you wash the clothes at?
We wash clothes at appropriate temperatures based on fabric type, following professional laundry standards to ensure safety and quality.
As a provider of both laundering and dry cleaning services, our experienced professionals use optimal cycles—typically cold for delicates (under 30°C/86°F), warm for everyday items (40°C/104°F), and hot only for whites and cottons that can handle it—to prevent shrinkage, color fading, or damage while effectively removing stains.
